Jaki ojciec, taki syn. Czy to stwierdzenie jest jednak prawdziwe? Arnold Schwarzenegger, Dorian Yates, Lou Ferrigno, Sergio Oliva... Czy synowie są podobni do swoich ojców? Oceńcie sami!

Franco, You’ve heard me say that I don’t like when people call me a self-made man. You’ve even heard me say that you’re part of the reason I could never accept that label. But I wanted you to know why. From the minute we met in Munich, you were my partner in crime. We pushed each other, we competed with each other, and we laughed at every moment along the way. When I finally got to America, I was alone. I’d left my family, my country, my whole life behind. So when I asked Joe Weider to bring you to train with me, it was because I knew I wasn’t the same without my best friend. I could thrive without money, without my parents, but I couldn’t thrive without you. I am devastated today. But I am also so, so grateful for the 54 years of friendship and joy we shared. The pumps, the chess games, the construction work, the meals, the pranks, the life lessons - we did it all together. We grew and we learned and we loved. My life was more fun, more colorful, and more complete because of you. I will always miss you. But I’ll also know that a part of you lives on in me, in Debbie, in Maria, and in the millions of people you inspired every day you lived. And I will be there for Maria and Debbie, so you can rest now with no worries. I love you Franco. I will always remember the joy you brought to my life, the advices you gave me, and the twinkle in your eye that never disappeared. You were my best friend. Love always, Arnold

Throwback Thursday, this shot from 1992 taken by the great photographer @perbernalphoto in Houston, for Muscular Development magazine. Check out the striped gym pants that were popular in that era! LOL For all of you young aspiring bodybuilders out there, please know that if you put your mind to it, you WILL put on muscle and improve. I know how frustrating it was for me when I was a teenager, seeing the pictures of all the muscle stars in the magazines. But I never lost hope that I would be able to attain that level of development one day. Regardless of whether you ever grace a Mr. Olympia stage or not, you become a champion when you compete against yourself, and constantly improve. A real Champion is a person who always tries their best at everything they do.I want to encourage you this week to hit the gym extra hard and keep the faith! Your friend, Lee. #bodybuilding #labradanutrition #leelabrada

Here’s a throwback for you... that’s me with one of our Labrada Nutrition delivery trucks about 10 years ago. I’m still coming to the office every day and working to help athletes and lay people alike, to get into the best shape of their life. I really enjoy helping others, educating them and passing along my experiences. I started in the bodybuilding trenches just like most of you, putting in those countless hours in the gym. What I learned there and on the training table about nutrition served as the springboard for Labrada Nutrition, launched in 1995 and still the most trusted name in sports nutrition, something that we’ve earned from you guys. Thank you for trusting me and Labrada Nutrition with all of your sports nutrition needs. God bless, train hard, eat right, reach your goals. #bodybuilding #labradanutrition #labrada photo by @jrusovich

Don’t pray for a lighter load, work for a stronger back💪🏻 . . Put my own spin on that quote, but you get the idea. Finally found the anabolic lighting at @legacybarbell just in time for #mostmuscularmonday 💪🏻 the last slide is a video of my final set from my pull workout today, and was probably the hardest single rep I’ve done this entire prep thus far. That or one of my grinders on the hack. But it ‘twas a good one regardless. . . As of right now, the IFBB/NPC has suspended all pro and amateur contests through May 10th. The New York Pro is May 16th, so according to the latest news **that I’ve seen** my show is still on. #wintheday #9weeksout #nypro #teamlabrada #avufitness #gasp

💪🏻Transformation Tuesday💪🏻 June 27th 2019: 4 months post op, the day I got cleared to lift how I wanted to . ⬇️ fast forward 8 1/2 months . March 10 2020: today, 9 weeks and change out from the New York Pro . . It hit me while I was in Columbus that I had just hit a year post op! I had my surgery March 6, 2019, three days after getting home from last years Arnold. At the time, it was truly up in the air as to whether or not I could get myself turned around in time. Just like when I was an amateur, I wasn’t going to prep for a show unless I thought I could win it. . . Well, good things happen to those who hustle and by the grace of God and a lot of hard work I was able to get myself turned around. This didn’t happen without the help of a lot of people, but I wanted to give an especially huge shoutout to my coach @andrew_vu87, my training partner @btroianello, and @dr.clayfit for rehabbing my injury so well. 9 weeks to bring my best💪🏻 #wintheday #teamlabrada #prodebut #nypro #oneyearpostop

So after being on a restricted diet two week leading up to the retreat @soltarahealingcenter and one week of just 2small meals a day while we were there I have lost about 12lb but the quality lean mass still remains obviously I’m a bit smaller but that’s the difference between real dence lean mass from good HIT training and pumped up watery calorie driven fake size . The fibers stay with you so all in all I’m happy with what remains we’re a lot of guys after what I’ve been trough would be flat as shit with no definition. Tbh I’m looking forward to getting back to my usual diet and calories should put even more lean gains on now using my lean mass program. It will be available for the sale price of only £19.99 for the remaining time I’m in Costa Rica so get yours today great value and results are promised or your money back it’s that simple !! Send payment via PayPal to lewisyatespt1@gmail.com to get your copy today! 🌈💫✨💓🙏👊🏻🦁👑 @twinzzlifestyle @thedorianyates #tarzan
